Quick Tips Before Taping
You must clean and dry the area you are about to apply by making sure there is no lotion or moistures that will prevent the tape from applying on.
Protect your nipples by applying our nipple protectors.
Cut the tape to your desired length. Slowly peel the liner protecting the adhesive and make sure the tape doesn’t touch itself. Follow through by choosing your method of taping.
