Australian Domestic Shipping
Once an order has been shipped an email will be sent out to you with your tracking number. Delivery times are based on time and date your order was placed.
Shipping fees will apply if your minimum purchase amount is under $100.
Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Australian public holidays).
Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
Address cannot be changed once order is placed. Lift In Secret is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice.

Returns and Exchanges - 30 Days to Return
We have a 30-day exchange policy if you have had a sudden change of mind upon receipt or order. The item/s must
• Be in its original purchase condition
• NOT be opened, used, marked and defaced in any manner.
• Must be returned as a whole if purchased as a set.
This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable. Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will NOT be covered by Lift In Secret.
Email our Team with your order number, details and an image of the faulty or incorrect items received. Please do not dispose the items as they need to be returned to us.
