Why Is Lift In Secret Breast Tape different from other?
It is the only Breast Tape that caters to different skin tones, that is skin friendly and has been designed to hold even the heaviest breasts.

How many uses can I get from the Breast Tape?
Lift In Secret™ Breast Tape is 5m long. You will get multiple uses (average 6 – 20) depending on your breast size and the method used to tape. Women with larger breasts will require more tape to hold the breasts and women with a smaller breasts will use less tape.

Do I just apply Lift In Secret Breast Tape directly to the skin?
Before applying Lift In Secret™ Breast Tape, you will need to prep your skin making sure there is no oil residue, lotions and moisturisers applied. Make sure to do a patch test before applying the product to your breasts.

What is Lift In Secret Breast Tape Made from?
Our Tape is made from 95% cotton and 5% nylon. Our Adhesive is made from medical grade adhesive which is skin friendly and water resistant.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please allow 14 business days (may vary on location).

How do I place an order?
Add your items to your cart, click on “Add to Cart” with your desired quantity.
To review your items, click on the “Bag” icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
Add in your preferred samples and if you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for review.
Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

Where is my order confirmation number?
Once you have successfully placed your order online you will receive an email that contains the details of your order to your email.

How do I know if my order went through?
After your order has been confirmed and completed, you will receive an order confirmation within 24hrs.

Why does my Order show “payment pending”?
Orders that have been placed are processed immediately. Please check your bank or card provider to see if the payment has been deducted from your account. If the order status does not update within 24hrs, please contact our Team.
To prevent duplication, please do not re-create your order.

Can I change my delivery address in my order?

What happens if I'm not available to receive my package upon delivery?
If you are not available to receive the order, a missed delivery card with details on how and where to collect your package will be left at your home. If after multiple attempts the delivery was unsuccessful your package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact our team for further assistance.

What if my item was damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or if there is an item missing, please contact us with the following details:
• Image of the Item you received
• Name of Item
• Your order number
LIFT IN SECRET HAS THE RIGHT TO COLLECT UNSOLICITED PRODUCTS, IF NECESSARY.
If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement and delivery. Alternatively, a refund will be issued to you
