Steps On How To Apply Our Breast Tape

You must clean the area and do a self-patch test before applying the tape.

Always protect your nipples using our nipple protectors.

Make sure to cut the number of strips required to secure your breast. Slowly peel the liner protecting the adhesive and make sure the tape doesn’t touch itself. 

Choose your method of taping. Make sure you do not wear the Breast Tape for more than 6 hours. Longer wear can result to irritation and discomfort.

Steps To Follow When Taping

TIP: When applying the LIS Breast Tape use one hand to lift your breast to the desired height and the other hand to hold the tape when applying. Use a mirror to make sure you are aligning the LIS Breast Tape properly before sticking it on. Depending on your breast size, you can apply several strips for extra support.

Steps To Gently Remove Tape

Lift In Secret Breast Tape can be removed by gently peeling it off the skin.

Do not rip the tape off as this can cause damage to some sensitive areas on the skin.

Apply our Lift In Secret Removal Oil and allow it to soak into the skin for smoother removal.

Taking a hot shower will also help loosen the tape.

  1. Spray a desired amount of the Lift In Secret Breast Removal Oil onto the skin and tape.

  2. Gently massage the oil into the adhesive and allow it to saturate.

  3. Let it sit until oil is fully absorbed into the tape.

  4. Slowly peel off the tape and continue to massage the oil into the adhesive and surrounding skin until all has been removed.
